I created jaws for my vintage 5" Union MFG Scroll Chuck using 3D printing technology. Since I couldn't find suitable new or used jaws online, I took matters into my own hands and made a custom set. The jaws were printed with Colorfab XT CF20, a material that is quite soft compared to hardened steel. Therefore, use them with caution and only for light cuts or finishing operations. After installation, the jaws will need to be trued by carefully removing a small portion of the inner face using a boring bar.
