Customizable Gear Sphere with Personalized Logos. This innovative design features a screwless structure utilizing bearings. I'm currently working with F608 flanged bearings, but you can adjust the bearing dimensions to suit your needs. The project is still in progress. My SCAD model requires some fine-tuning, and I aim to develop an automated solution for gear meshing that accommodates different numbers of gears without manual adjustments. My goal is to support only half of the gears with bearings, while the rest are held in place by their neighbors. However, this concept proves sensitive to tolerances, so I might opt for bearing-supported all gears instead. Alternatively, I'm exploring a fully printable option that incorporates pins similar to Emmett's design:213946.
