Screwdriver/Pen Holster(redesigned)
thingiverse
I'm redesigning my original screwdriver holster with several key improvements. The layout has been rotated 90 degrees to enhance functionality. To prevent breakage, I've transformed the interior of the belt clip from a square shape to an arched one. This change has proved effective as it has not failed during usage thus far. The holster now accommodates my new Xcelite R181 screwdriver, which features a slightly larger handle than its predecessor. Two small detentes have been added within the pen area to provide a better grip on the pen cap, thereby preventing pens from falling out. Additionally, I've incorporated small windows for the screwdriver and pen clips to facilitate a more secure hold. The design still accommodates Pilot or Uni-ball pens as well as Multi-bit screwdrivers commonly found at Menards/Home Depot. This revised orientation requires minimal support, allowing for improved accessibility and usability.
