Here's a handle for a 1/4 inch hex magnetic chuck. I found something similar here on Thingiverse but the hex slot was only deep enough for a bit, so I made this one deep enough for the full shaft of the magnetic chuck to fit snugly and prevent wobbling. Versions: ScrewdriverStore.stl: Compact without magnet, matching the length of the chuck itself. ScrDriverLongF2.stl: Long with magnet exposed at both ends to come into contact with the chuck in use or storage. ScrdvStrLngF3.stl: The same but designed for printing bottom-up; printer might not need support layers. I put 5mm on the end of the handle to tap against a tabletop, easily extracting the chuck while storing. Instructions I built this using my Makerbot Replicator 2 (retrofitted with HBP) at 240C with 75% fill and 0.3mm layer height; printing with too many shells creates voids at the build plate where it contacts the wall. The walls of the chuck are pushed out by 0.5mm for slop, your results may vary as larger extruders expand or smaller ones contract in X-Y stretch but Z heights stay good; this allows for snug fit and secure placement
