Screwable Ribbon Spool

This is a design I made in Fusion 360 because I received a spool of ribbon that was made out of paper, and quickly fell apart. This is designed for about 5M of 18 mm wide ribbon. I will possibly made more versions to support other lengths and widths in the future! All you need is to print 2 of the side pieces, and one of the center. I used tape to hold the ribbon to the center for winding. Hope you all enjoy! Print Settings Printer: Elegoo Neptune 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 0% Filament: Polymaker PLA Matte Black Notes: I printed it with 2 walls at .6mm with 5 top and bottom layers to have the sides of the spools solid. This works great, and should screw together no problem as long as you have decent tolerances!
