Screw together sphere

I designed a 3-part sphere a while back using a printed thread to hold it together. This design allows you to print the entire sphere without any support material. It also results in a more symmetrical sphere on both sides compared to printing a single piece whole sphere. The diameter of this sphere is 1.5 inches, and I successfully printed it without any supports. To replicate this, simply print one sphere half twice. The picture above shows the sphere that was printed using ABS plastic and then smoothed with acetone. While I am confident in my design, I cannot guarantee that it will assemble properly for everyone due to differences in machine performance compared to the Wanhao V2 printer I used to create this model.
