This is a robust belt tensioner featuring a securely fastened lid with a screw. I've been relying on belt tensioners like this for quite some time:\nhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38970\nHowever, they consistently fracture apart after a few months in service. The crack always develops on the rear side along the groove. By incorporating a screw-secured lid, this tensioner becomes significantly more durable and less prone to breakage. I've also increased the wall thickness of this design compared to similar belt tensioners available online. Strategically placed screw holes allow for unobstructed belt travel.
