Trivial screw sorter - 15 sizes, metric. My 7-year-old wanted to lend a hand sorting the catch-all tray of screws, but using calipers proved tedious and slow. So we designed this simple guide/sorter together, and it worked flawlessly in our initial test. To print labels quickly with color, pause printing at 4mm and switch to a new filament. You might also want to check out design 3452348, which serves a similar purpose but is more compact - albeit slightly harder to use in practice.
