This waste handling system has a capacity of 90 tons per day and is designed to process massive solid waste with a size of less than 60mm and a humidity level of 40%. It utilizes a 10 HP motor operating at 100 rpm and features a "U" profile structure from Gerdau Inc., measuring 6 inches in width. The tube is made of ASTM A269 10'' SCH40S material, while the helicoid is constructed from Inox with a hardness of 60HRC at its top screw. The flange conforms to ASTM B16.5 specifications. Assistance is needed to finalize dimensions and simulations for proper motor and baffle purchasing. This project aims to contribute to the community.
