The dividers I bought for my Flambeau organizers didn't keep smaller pieces in line very well, making it hard to get them back out too. The cups slide right into their grooves and stay put, but there are spots around the handle and corners where they won't fit. It's a cinch to pull them out so I can grab the parts I need for my project.
