Screw-On Hot End Bowden Clamp

Screw-On Hot End Bowden Clamp

Rewrite the text as follows: Initially, this design is inspired by Johann's work, with the tangs removed. It is designed to fit a threaded top Hot End. No extra screws are required. To proceed, print the part and check for a proper fit. If it feels too tight, heat the metal threaded Hot End (preferably aluminum) using a torch, soldering iron, or lighter. Gently screw on the cap while keeping it warm enough to soften, adjusting as needed until it is seated properly - you may have about 3 threads left at the bottom. Next, drill out the plastic fitting to accommodate a 4mm OD PTFE tube (bowden tube) using a 3 or 3.5mm drill bit. Drilling should be done after the Hot End is screwed into place for easier alignment. To assemble, slide an 8mm nut onto the bowden tube and push it into the clamp. Adjust the nut's position and securely screw it onto the top clamp while keeping the nut parallel to the Hot End.
