I designed this clip to replace broken ones on my screens, which I could not find locally to buy. It is a general purpose screw on clip, that can hold timber/aluminium screens in place. The extrusion flexes so that the screen can come in/out with some slight pressure. Please refer to the attached images for the meanings of the configuration parameters. These are easy to change to make a clip that precisely suits the thickness of your screen and the gap between your screen and the casement.
With this file you will be able to print Screw on Fly Screen Catch / Clip - Parameterized with your 3D printer.
