Based on the metric versions developed by users Boogie and Sneaks, this version is meant to help measure and sort Imperial fasteners, from #2 up to ½" in diameter and up to 6 inches long. It was designed in Onshape.Printing Instructions0.2mm layer heightNo supportsGyroid infill @ 15%PETGFor the non-embedded version, you can add a color change at layer height 13.00mm and print the raised letters in a different color. I used my MMU2S and added a color change at the 13.00 mm layer. If you use the MMU2 gcode file, the body is allocated to filament #2, and the letters filament #1. For the embedded version, the letters are embossed into the part (flush upper surface), so I used my MMU2S to do the color changing. There are three tool changes for this version.Changing Colors with PrusaSlicerPrusaSlicer Color Change
