Screw holes
thingiverse
I'm curious about the size of holes needed for a self-cutting screw to fit comfortably. I had no idea myself, so I created something to test it out. The holes range from M2 (diameter=2mm) up to almost M8 (diameter=8mm), increasing by increments of 0.2mm each time. This project was designed using OpenSCAD, and the source code can be found here: https://github.com/jernst/openscad/blob/master/calibration/screwholes.scad
