Screw hole gauge with OpenSCAD source
thingiverse
If you use screws and bolts on your designs, this device will help you pick the hole sizes to use. The through-holes are for spec'ing holes for bolts or the loose ends of screws. The pegs with holes picking a hole size for sheet metal screws that you want to bite into a part of your model. I made this because holes never come out exactly as you spec them in the model. UPDATE: Based on feedback in reddit, I rewrote this and it's a lot faster and a bit more parametric. These are the "v2" files. I recommend using those if you grab this thing. You might need one for different nozzle sizes and maybe for different materials. Holes never seems to come out the same on every print. Lots of variation depending on filament, temperature, orientation, but this gauge can provide an okay starting point.
