Screw-driven extruder with side mount motor for Prusa I3 requires the following Bill of Materials (BOM): 4 M4X50 screws, 10 M4 normal nuts, 4 M4 locknuts, 4 4mm washers, 6 M3 normal nuts, 2 M3 locknuts, 3 smaller 3mm (internal hole dia) washers, 6 normal 3mm (internal hole dia) washers, and 4 bigger 3mm (internal hole dia) washers. Also needed is a M3X50 threaded rod, 2 M4X6 grub screws, 4 M3X20 hex/Allen screws, 4 M3X15 hex/Allen screws, 2 M3X25 hex/Allen screws, 4 springs with external dia max 8mm, thread 0.8-1mm, and lenght 25mm, 2 bushings with external dia 10mm and internal hole dia 3mm, 2 SKF 628/6 - 2Z bushings, a T2.5X160mm belt, and a M8 stainless steel threaded rod with 1.25 pitch, 110mm long, machined at both ends (bottom: 6mm dia x 6mm lenght; top: 6mm dia x 25mm lenght) with remaining threaded rod length of 79mm. In addition, a Teflon pipe with 6mm external dia and 4mm internal dia (100mm lenght may suffice), and printed parts except portamolla.stl are also required. This setup is designed for Prusa I3 3D printers and was revised to version C/13 by Gord The Rogue.
