Here is a replacement cap for your screwdriver, in case it has broken like mine was. Now I have to find all the bits. The Cap Thread is 3/4" x 20 UNEF (19mm x 1.217mm pitch) I found a UNEF = Unified National Extra Fine thread chart online, which I'll use as reference. This cap was designed with Inventor 2018 and the coolOrange Thread Modeler. CAD files are included if you're interested in trying it out yourself. I printed the cap oriented with the "threads up" without any support, using extra fine 0.06mm resolution.
