These stands are also compatible with his new parametric design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111. In my setup, I am using several key components: * Vincent Groenhuis' original filament unspooling protection system (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3200204) under spool filament guides * A PTFE to pneumatic fitting adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3214672) There are three versions of these axle stands available, each with its own unique features and requirements. The original version is designed to be screwed onto a horizontal surface and includes both single and double holder modules. The single module is symmetrical and can be mounted on either the right or left without any modification. If you're looking for an easier-to-print design of the double mount, Petclaud's remix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3253581) may be a better option. The wall and ceiling-mounted versions of these stands have three different STLs since the left and right single mounts are not interchangeable. To print these correctly, you'll need to enable supports everywhere for the double wall and ceiling mounts. All of these mounts are designed specifically for use with #8 pan head wood screws and #8 washers. A minor update has been made to version 0.2, which includes slightly larger clearance for screw holes and washers than the initial version. If the axles spin in the holders, it may become necessary to drill a small hole in the end of axle and add a small screw to block it from spinning. However, this is unnecessary if you're using the printed axle in Vincent's updated parametric version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111), which is also very awesome.
