Based on Morgan Lowe's fantastic Frame Edge Camera mounting device, this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3223228 , this is a variation of the frame edge mount, strengthened in Tinkercad, making it less visually appealing. Designed to accept a real screw, you'll need to thread the hole - drill out to 3.3mm for an M4 bolt or try tapping at M3.5 without - the tapping size for M3.5 is 2.9mm. By the way, that photo is about ten times full-size, showing its imperfections in detail!
