I designed these quick-fix bolt and screw sorting aids. They're available in metric and imperial versions. The metric version features holes for 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10mm. The graduations are marked with 5mm ticks and 10mm long marks. The imperial version has holes for 3/8, 5/16, 1/4, #12, #10, #18, #6, #5, and #4. It includes 1/8" small ticks, 1/16" medium ticks, and 1/4" long marks. Insert screws from the right side to measure length on the right side of the tick mark. The numbers and tick marks are embossed into the surface for easy identification with paint fill. Each took about an hour to print using my FF Creator Pro.
