Screen Repair Corners - Square and Rounded

I've got two replacement parts for my RV's window screen here. They're used to connect the aluminum extrusions together securely. I had trouble finding a rounded corner piece, but making the square one was a breeze, so I just made them both. The curved piece has an approximate radius of 63mm due to the original being bent and broken beyond repair. Fortunately, it fits quite well into place. I'm happy to create more custom sizes if needed - all you have to do is provide me with the desired circle's radius. To find this measurement, simply draw lines from the flat edges of the original part, where they should meet in the center of a completed circle made up of four pieces. The length of that line is your desired radius.
