Updated with Better Tip for Less Sanding Tired of Your Tray Ends Creeping Off? Leaving a Gap, Leaving a Thick Bead of Emulsion Behind? Or Falling Off Completely Unless You Glue/Tape Them On? Not Anymore! "Zero Gap" Emulsion Screen Coating Tray End Caps. To Fit SERICOL Coating Trays. Redesigned Edge So Even If It Did Creep Off By Up to 3mm, It Still Wouldn't Leave a Gap Between Tray Blade and End Cap Edge. Results in No Thick Edge When Coating Screens. Drew Up in Sharp3d on iPad Pro. I Designed This As the Sericol Caps Don't Seem to Fit Well Nowadays. They Leave a Thick Edge of Emulsion on the Edges and Eventually Slide Off Unless I Glue Them On, Which Makes Daily Cleaning of the Tray Harder. These Snap On and Stay There Flush with the Aluminium Tray Edge for Superior Coating of Screens. I Use VERY Large Screens About 3.5 Meters Long So I Hand Coat Them in 3 Sections with Overlaps So the Edges Are Important. Saves Me Going Up a Fourth Time to Scrape Off the Thick Edge Lines. Been Coating These Screens for 20 Years. I Recommend PETG But PLA Would Be Fine As I Have Designed the Piece to Be Thick and Strong Whilst Having a Zero Gap Edge. Slightly Oversized Edge to Sand Down as Per Usual for Tray Ends. Each Tray May Be Different. Happy Screen Printing!
