Screen Door Wheel
pinshape
This is a replacement wheel for a sliding screen door, as clearly seen from the accompanying picture, which reveals my original wheel was quite worn out and ready for replacement. Instructions: I've simplified the process by breaking down the wheel into two distinct parts, making it easier to print. There's no need to glue these parts together since the mounting bracket already holds them in place, although gluing them won't cause any harm either. Once printed, the two parts of the wheel should fit together seamlessly and resemble the original. To remove the screen door, you'll find two screws protruding from both the top and bottom of the door. These screws not only tighten the wheels onto their tracks but also hold the door in place. Loosening these screws will allow you to lift the door off its tracks and pull it out. To detach the original wheel from the mounting bracket, simply insert a flathead screwdriver between the bracket and one side of the wheel, applying gentle pressure until the main axle pops out. Repeat this process on both sides, and the old wheel should come off effortlessly.
