Screen Door Handle
thingiverse
Designed this handle for a sliding door screen as the original is hard to use. I printed this in Petg. You can print this in what ever you prefer. Step file is included for those that need to modify it. I would appreciate a like if you download this. For your info, my screen door frame thickness is 1/2 inch with a step down to the screen of 1/4 inch both sides. You need to print this standing up for best result. The holes are sized for 1/4 20 thread. I prefer tapping over printed threads as they are stronger in my experience. I printed 2 of them, tap one of them and drill the other for Clarence. Use the drilled one to transfer the holes to the screen frame for mounting. Print this with extra wall thickness so you will have plenty material to drill and tap, The extra wall thickness also makes it stronger.
