I took his head and lopped it off, then repositioned it to create a new look. I remodeled the mouth, making it larger, and gave him bigger eyes that pop out in every direction. I flattened his wings against his body, added a long tongue and sharp teeth, transforming him into something entirely new. I started with StevenQuinn's model as my foundation, giving huge thanks to Steven for sharing it with me!
