Edvard Munch's "Scream" model, crafted with 3ds Max/Vray, boasts a fully-animated, textured high poly version (17,638 polygons, 8,828 verts). The low poly is meshsmooth-ready. However, the scenery and lights are exclusive to the creator's scene. The model comes with 4096x4096 textures, some created by Vray; Substance Painter file is available for customization. Compatible formats include .max (2014+), .obj (high and low poly), and .fbx (low poly) - apply meshsmooth for optimal results. Note that exported files may not retain quality like the original, and postwork isn't included in these renders. All files are zipped.
