Introducing 'Scratch Cloud,' a cost-effective 3D printed feeder system designed for open-range poultry farms, based on DJI F450 Flamewheel drone's affordability and adaptability. This innovative solution offers farmers a budget-friendly alternative to expensive drones and feeders. The design comprises of a 3D printed hopper with landing gear, feeding mechanism utilizing a gear mounted at the hopper's base turned by a Nema 17 Short Stepper Motor, and a mounting piece attaching to the F450's base plate. This feeder is versatile and can be utilized for distributing grass seed, seed bombs, non-liquid pesticides, fertilizers, etc. The hopper capacity approximates 6 cups, while the F450 may necessitate motor and propeller upgrades to lift the required payload. Designed using Trysten Mee's stepper motor model from Grabcad and Thingiverse files of DJI F450 Flamewheel drone, this feeder is brought to you by Jace Owens.
