Scraper and Cutter Holder

I built off of Miraclgulgonul's scraper / spatula holder for Ender 3/Pro. Added a place to hold the blue cutters. Can mount anywhere on the rails. I have mine on the back side of the top rail, but you could even put it on the lower left of the printer.
