Scraper and Cutter Holder for Ender 3 - on spool holder

EDIT 24.09.19: upgraded the rails to a thicker size and widened the gap slightly, resulting in a better fit and increased strength. The part is now oriented for optimal printing position. I've created drawers for my Ender 3 to store tools, but they were too cramped for the scraper and cutter, so I wanted them easily accessible. This holder attaches securely to the spool holder and fits snugly in place. No additional hardware is needed; it's a self-contained unit. I printed with 20% infill, which I believe provides sufficient support, although I haven't tested lower infill percentages.
