Scraper - 200 mm long
thingiverse
I was having some trouble printing and two of my parts didn't come out right. That left me with strings on the good part, so I had to make a new longer scraper to help with any future issues like this. Plus, since my fingers won't fit through the top where the cb is stored, that'll be helpful if it comes up again. Instructions This simple extrusion for a scraper isn't special - just something longer than before when I needed it. As you can see, I prefer to keep things as straightforward as possible or at least that's my goal. It's 200mm long, 4 mm thick and 20 mm wide, all standard dimensions. Next thing is to get this printed after my current project is done. I've noticed that medium or higher settings work best for printing these scrapers. Print them on their side rather than flat because the layers turn out smoother. Flat printing produces steps instead of a nice smooth angle if you print it that way, but that's what I learned when I tried to do it that way and got less-than-desired results. Adding a small brim should keep everything in place nicely, which is all you need for something like this scraper extrusion.
