These files were crafted to fit perfectly in Ultimaker (dual extrusion) at 100% scale. Each tile size measures 2 x 2cm exactly. I strongly advise printing "3rd Set : 2 blank tiles" first, which should take about 20 minutes at a layer height of 0.2mm. Once two blank tiles are printed correctly, then print the 1st & 2nd set, which will take approximately 10 hours per set at a layer height of 0.2mm. INSTRUCTION - Open one set (two files) simultaneously in CURA. - Match the core colors (for my print, I placed white PLA in core1 and blue PLA in core2). - Merge two files into one seamlessly. - Rotate the model 180 degrees (flat surface with letters should face downwards). - Ensure that the xyz coordinates are at 0,0,0 precisely. - Save as .gcode. 1st Set : 49 Letter Tiles from A-L letter tiles (A-L)_core1_white letter tiles (A-L)_core2_blue 2nd Set : 49 Letter Tiles from L-Z letter tiles (L-Z)_core1_white letter tiles (L-Z)_core2_blue 3rd Set : 2 blank tiles blank tile_core1_white blank tile_core2_blue Scrabble tile letter distribution is as follows: (100 tiles in total) A-9, B-2, C-2, D-4, E-12, F-2, G-3, H-2, I-9, J-1, K-1, L-4, M-2, N-6, O-8, P-2, Q-1, R-6, S-4, T-6, U-4, V-2, W-2, X-1, Y-2, Z-1 and Blanks-2
