Looking forward to seeing these printed! Before moving on to armor pieces, it made sense to finish all Imperial Helmets first. Working with the same type of items makes scaling much easier, so tackling helmets together was the obvious approach and vice versa. This model does require some support for parts 13 and 14, but others may be able to get away without it. I've double-checked every piece in slicer, simplify3D, and makerware – you can't really do more than I have done! All pieces report manifold meshes and slicing previews look good. If you experience issues slicing any files, let me know which file is causing the problem and what software you're using. There are countless low-poly Scout Trooper helmets out there, but none of them are suitable for printing. Now there is a decent one! You can find assembly instructions below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmhVGNXDR34 Print Settings: Rafts: Supports: Notes: I kept the thickness to an absolute minimum in order to conserve filament. If you're using these settings, it's worth considering adding a bit more infill to parts 1 through 10 as some of them have thinner sections that could benefit from additional support. Part 19 is optional – most people will likely opt for a ski goggle visor or similar. However, I included a smooth version of the goggles for those who want to print it.
