This is a DIY Scout streamer holder for a patrol flag designed to save money. As a reminder: "A scout is thrifty." Instead of spending limited funds on a $20 banner holder, I created this one in Solidworks and printed it out. This design fits the Universal Emblem Flagpole Topper perfectly. Simply slide it onto the pole, set the screw, and let it sit securely in place.
