Designed to be used with 1" PVC pipe. Made this last spring to fit inside an existing Scotty mount to provide an arm that would hang over the side of the boat/kayak. This can be used to mount transducers. If memory serves, this requires 1" PVC and a PVC elbow joint to correct the two parts, but please correct me if the pvc pipe size is incorrect. From there, a separate pole can be fit into the arm which can be easily removed when needed.
