This thing is a box to handle the Scottoiler traveller expenssion bag at the back of the XRV 750 under the pannier rack You can attached it to the panier rack with some colson or scratch strap (stuff to manage cables : greenhouse cable if I trust a well known translater) A TPU strap is design to close the 2 parts of the box but you can add one more scratch strap to lock it down
