Scott's Bowden Wade
thingiverse
I came up with this bowden wade setup because I couldn't find the perfect one. It's a combination of three other popular things found online. The hardware used is from Greg's Hinged Accessible Extruder. The housing accepts PC4-M10 Male Straight Pneumatics. To set it up, you'll want to push the tube through so that it almost touches the hobbed bolt on each side. I redesigned the Wade Body and Idler to make better contact with the hobbed bolt and filament. You can see a video of this setup here: https://www.facebook.com/15487998541544i/videos/10212176440019265/ Here's what you'll need to buy: Hobbed bolt 3 608 bearings 4 Washers 2 Nuts 2 Springs Grub Screw 2 50mm Bolts 1 35mm Bolt 3 M3 Nuts 2 M3 Washers 3 M3x10mm Bolts Dowel Rod You can find these parts here or check out this link to see what you need: http://www.makerfarm.com/index.php/extruders/greg-s-hinged-accessible-extruder-hardware-only-no-printed-parts.html
