Scotch Yoke
thingiverse
I was browsing through 507 mechanical components when I stumbled upon an unusual mechanism that caught my attention. So, I decided to design one myself and created a model in Onshape. The movement of this model is truly fascinating. To assemble this mechanism, you'll need to print all the parts except for the arm clamps, which require two separate prints. As shown in the accompanying video, everything snaps together seamlessly. This design is printer-friendly, as it features tolerances of 0.5mm, making it compatible with any standard printer.
