Summary This is the Desk Scotch Dispenser I designed back in 2006. Instructions Print this complete file and then fill it with something heavy like sand or a similar substance, which will provide stability. Use two screws to assemble the top and bottom parts of the dispenser. Recycle an old scotch cutter or use a thin slice of metal to create the cutting edge that will dispense the scotch.
