Fan art model of Scorpion!! I tried to model this exactly like the reference image included. There are two versions included here: a low poly version and a high poly version. I would definitely print the high poly version because aside from the extra details, there are a few fixes. The low poly version still works well, though. Before I made some changes to the model, the only difference between the two was in the details. Then I printed my higher poly version, which came out alright with a few minor errors (which might have been caused by the scale at which I printed it - 110mm high). If it were larger, this probably wouldn't be a problem, but I decided to correct these issues so that the model doesn't have to be over 200mm high. What happened was: - The thin hanging clothing flaps over the base broke off. I've made them thicker now (I can glue mine back). - The cord attached to the spear was too thin and came off with the supports. I've made this thicker, too (on my model, I'll just glue some string). - The shoulder armor only touched at the edges, so it came off with the supports again. I filled in the gap between the shoulder and the armor pad - no one will look under it anyway. Everything else worked perfectly, though, so if you decide to print the lower poly version, keep these issues in mind. You can try printing it larger to avoid these errors or glue the parts back into place. Alternatively, just print the high poly version like I said.
