Human: A significant portion of the Scorpion mace head unearthed as part of the "Main Deposit" at Hierakonpolis is on display at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, England. The carving showcases King Scorpion initiating the ceremonial opening of an irrigation canal, a ritualistic scene from Late Predynastic/Early Dynastic times. This artifact is cataloged under AN1896-1908 E.3632 in the museum's collections. A total of 51 photographs were combined to create this image using Metashape 1.6.1 software. The photographs were taken with a Canon EOS Rebel T5i camera in January 2018.
