If he defeated Sub-Zero, he would take revenge for what Quan Chi told him about his clan. (pictured in Mortal Kombat 4), but if he were defeated again, his soul would be consumed. After Goro and Liu Kang's battle, his revenge was finally completed and he managed to kill Sub-Zero, Bi-Han. Shortly after, Scorpion returns. the Netherrealm for having fulfilled its mission.
