I had a lot of friends who wanted to borrow my scope jack to align the scope on the picatinny rail. I made a 3d printable version so you can print and assemble your own. The roller is also 3d printed you will need to sand it to make it smooth. If you want to have an ever more precise alignment, you can use some carbon rod which you can buy from a kite shop. Use PLA filament which is harder and doesn't deform like PETG, its important to have everything straight to align your scope. TIP: Let the parts cooldown before you take them of the board, to make sure the parts are straight. You don't want these parts warp ! To assemble it you need: 2x - M3x30 DIN916 screws 1x - M4x25 DIN916 screw I made use of DIN916 screws so they are inserted in the body with a HEX/IMBUS/ALLEN KEY and do not stick out, more compact. Use a thread tap to form M3 wire in the Body part. P.S. Upload a photo of your Scope JACK, LOVE to see your print result ! Happy printing YALL !
