I'm having trouble with a design for scooter parts that requires a pipe to pass through the gear housing. I've uploaded an overview video of the entire assembly on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTJtt1_VvXA. Here are my print settings: Printer brand: Ultimaker Specifically, the printer I'm using is an Ultimaker Original. I've set up the print settings as follows: Rafts: It doesn't matter to me right now whether I use a raft or not. Supports: I won't be printing any supports at this time. Here's what I'm going for: Layer thickness: 0.1 mm Nozzle diameter: 0.8 mm Heat nozzle temperature: 250 °C Heat bed temperature: 100 °C I'm using Cura_15.04 to create these parts.
