Scooter luggage hook - configurable

<p>My wife uses her kick scooter a lot. And for the moments when she buys something and has an extra bag with her, just hanging it on the handlebars is not so convenient. So I designed for her a system to hook a bag on the vertical bar and secure it with an elastic cord.</p><p>Since there are many sizes of scooter bars, I have included a parametric Fusion 360 design to help you customize it for your own scooter. If you do, please publish a remix. I can also export various sizes for you, just ask for it in the comments. Only the clamp diameter needs to be varied, the rest of the design can stay the same. But everything is parametrized in the file, so it can easily be changed.</p><p>For printing, please use the position the STLs are exported in.</p><p>Printing parameters:</p><ul><li>Perimeters: 4</li><li>Top and bottom shells: 4</li><li>Infill: 40%</li><li>Preferable PETG or ASA filament, as they are UV resistant and this will spend a lot of time outdoors.
