Scooter headlight rear caps for Suzuki AN125 (Vecstar)
thingiverse
My original rubber rear caps had broken, causing the headlight bulbs to blow easily due to some electrical short circuiting. This was especially true during heavy rains. Since the scooter model has been discontinued for many years, spare parts have become extremely hard to find. As a result, I decided to create my own solution. I highly recommend printing these caps using flexible filament and adding support. To do this, you'll need to cut the wires, insert them into the caps, and then solder the wires back in place. It's also essential to ensure that the caps are tightly installed on your scooter's headlight mount. After replacing my caps for over a year now, I'm pleased to report that the bulbs are still working perfectly fine.
