This is a custom-built prototype. I specifically designed it to secure the handles firmly, eliminating the annoying flopping and allowing the scooter to fold up more neatly. This design is tailored for the Razor A5 Lux Scooter, but you can easily adapt it to smaller stand shafts or different handlebar sizes. If enough people request this option, I'll be happy to add it in a future update. A small bump at the top prevents the piece from shifting around when stored between the stand shaft's friction keeper clip. Take a look at the picture for a clearer understanding of how it works.
