My kids asked for Scooby snacks instead of gingerbread men last Christmas, so I headed out to shop. The cutter also imprints Scooby's "SD" dog tag onto the cookie surface, which isn't visible until you rotate it. I included a spacer ring with your rolling pin to make rolling the dough to the right thickness easier.
