Sconce (Wall-mounted light fixture) hanger

<p>Sometimes you need to hang a lamp on a wall but there's no good way to do it. My wife and I made the fixture you see in the picture and we wanted to hang it on the electrical wall boxes (octogon boxes) and provide the electrical connections to the box.</p> <p>This solution seems to work.</p> <p>The square thing with a notch in it has holes that will align to the electrical box. There is a small notch in the back to allow the wires to escape.</p> <p>The peg thing will adhere to some plastics. I used Weldon to fuse it to the acrylic on my light fixture. I suppose you could rework it to have other attachment methods.</p>
