I made adjustments to the original Thingiverse design found at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12345. Firstly, I added a socket to the screw head for improved functionality. Next, I attached feet on one side of the device to provide stability. Furthermore, I revised the shaft gap to minimize wobbling when fully extended.
