I need a way to secure the little Fc, so I designed this solution that works flawlessly. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Fuse box, R3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .02-.03 Infill: 100% Notes: This print takes just a few minutes to complete. I apply hot glue to the inside edge in four strategic spots and then press the Fc firmly into place. Next, I apply a small amount of hot glue to each corner for added stability. So far, none of these assemblies have come loose.
